It looks like a Lesser or Yellow-bellied Elaenia to me and the latter would be geographically the more likely

I can't see a yellowish belly on any of the pictures except4388_783497 and I didn't see any yellow on the bill. It looks like a White Crested Elaenia (Elaenia Abiceps)to me but how did it get this far north?
One has to look at the Caribbean Elaenia (Elaenia martinica remota) which can be found in Belize.
